1. Where do your animals that you sell come from?
The majority of our animals/birds come from local breeders and/or families.
2. What is your policy regarding returns if we find the animal is not the right fit for our home?
Live animals may be surrendered, not refunded. Purchases associated with the purchase of live animals may be returned if not used and in saleable condition.
3. Do you accept surrendered animals?
Yes, depending on age and health condition.
4. Do you offer boarding for animals? If so, what kind of animals?
Yes, we do. We board birds, small animals and reptiles.
5. Based on my pet’s breed, age, and dietary restrictions, what are the best food options you recommend?
We have a large selection of food options for dogs, cats, birds, small animals and reptiles that we can cover with you regarding your specific pet.
6. Can you suggest some durable toys for a heavy chewer?
Our Dura Force and Fire Biterz line of toys are great for heavy chewers.
7. What distinguishes the premium pet food brands you carry from the standard ones?
Our premium foods are meat‑based, many are limited ingredient and most are grain free or use ancient grains. We also carry a large selection of frozen raw, freeze‑dried and dehydrated foods.
8. Can you act as a personal shopper for my dog (pet) and recommend some products based on a specific need or situation?
Absolutely, we specialize in being able to offer expert advice for any of your pets’ needs or situations.
9. What are the store’s policies for handling returns and exchanges related to pets or products?
Live animals may be surrendered, not refunded. Purchases associated with the purchase of live animals may be returned if not used and in saleable condition. Any supplies that are purchased that are unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition can be returned or exchanged.
10. Does the store host any pet‑related events like adoption days?
We partner with Jen’s Neonatal Kitten Rescue throughout the year for kitten adoptions. We also host Girl Scout and other group events in the store.
11. What are the health requirements for grooming services, such as vaccinations?
We do require that the pets being groomed have their vaccinations current when applicable.
12. Do you partner with any local shelters or organizations for pet adoptions?
We partner with Jen’s Neonatal Kitten Rescue throughout the year for kitten adoptions.
13. What kind of animals are available to purchase/adopt in your store?
We have kittens, and a wide variety of hand‑fed birds, reptiles and small animals.
14. If I purchase a pet from your store, do you carry all of the supplies needed to properly care for the pet?
Yes, we carry everything that you would need to properly care for your specific pet.
15. Are appointments needed for pet grooming?
For dog, cat and most small animal grooming an appointment is needed. They can be scheduled online on our website or called in. Bird and reptile grooming are done as a walk‑in.
